We’re very happy to announce that we have a new Welfare Benefits Advisor, Jo Mitchell. Jo will be providing advice by telephone, email and face to face at 3 outreach venues across London, kindly funded by the Three Guineas Trust.
Our new 3 year project allows us to provide free confidential legal advice and representation in Welfare Benefits to disabled people, their families and carers.
On joining DLS Jo said “ I am thrilled to be part of a long standing organisation representing the rights of the disabled and their carers. With so many changes to welfare benefits it is vital that those in need are able to obtain on-the-spot help wherever practicable and an opportunity to ask the most basic questions”
